As part of the cabsites package offerings the company prescribed a fully automated booking system for taxi comanies to offer their customers. Users can book journeys online and the cab operators have an administration system to allocate drivers. For more information see the Cabsites website

An Automated System
The system features frontend booking pages with customer accounts to store frequently used destinations. The back end administration allows operators to assign vehicles to bookings and automate customer confirmation via emails.
